蒸糯米团

今天午饭去那家讲究的泰国馆子,吃到蒸糯米团。

小小碧绿一包,外面是香蕉叶,打开露出方方一团糯米,真有叶子的清香。蘸了碟子上的柠檬汁,微酸微甜,清淡爽口。但是不蘸汁也很好。

根据菜单,这是 Esan 地区的吃法。也许在泰国街头小摊是很常见的食品。

恶补了一天AB节目的人跳出来说,越南也有这种团子。

其实稻米国家就应该有公通的食物,越南有些菜活象粤式小吃。
