橄榄油



上周去买了新鲜蛋面,舍不得胡乱做掉,于是郑重其事地买了瓶从西西里进口的橄榄油,价格中等。开了瓶盖一闻果然比廉价的加州橄榄油香。

切了蒜和 shallots 在油里爆香,扔进在农夫市场买的夏天最后一批西红柿和 basil,加两把剥壳冷冻的袋装 langostines。最后把煮好的面条倒进去。

某同学表示味道很好,我俩都吃了个肚儿圆。
