节食之无望

最近终于摸到了早就该心知肚明的一条规律:吃得少吃得"健康",最晚第二天就得补回来,一般到晚上就得补回来。

上一顿少吃,必定提前觉得饿,一觉得饿,就更想吃高热量高糖的东西。还不如上一顿吃多点儿,下一顿至少不会产生冲动感。

不过话说回来,你根本不需要节食嘛,莫非这规律是从S同学身上总结出来的?:-)
